Biography of Charlotte Martin | |||
|
Charlotte Martin is an American singer and a specialist piano player. She is also a songwriter. Charlotte is sensitive, emotional and sentimental. She writes songs on the spur of the moment. Her first songwriting was spurred by her friend's death, which was released as an album titled, "Mystery, Magic & Seeds".
On another occasion, outside the show, a fan gifted her a lap-keyboard. With a child-like delight on her face she immediately sat down on the pavement and performed "In Parentheses" much to the surprise of her audience. "I'm Normal, Please Date Me" is another of her real life experience. It so happened that her date did not turn up on time and she went looking for him around the city. Upon finding his car, she lost her cool and barged into the car and sat beside him fuming and raging. Still smarting under frustration she wrote, "I'm Normal, Please Date Me". She wrote "Uncomfortable Things" in a soul-searching mood. Likewise she has written several studio albums of which one has had a mainstream commercial release. On September 12, 2006 Charlotte Ann Martin released her second full-length album "Stromata" through Dinosaur Fight Records. |
